I had a serviceman by the name of Dominic come by to diagnose my systems. He found my problems (which I already knew of from a family member in HVAC) & explained to me the issues. He was a man of truth so I was sold on doing business with Rapid Response from the first encounter. The installers who came, Shannon & Kendrick were phenomenal. Professions of their craft who executed with class. Neither one took a break to my surprise and they both finished the job with no issues or complaints.
